What's the difference between a Hybird and Freebird portion?
A Freebird is our regular-sized burrito. A Hybird is a smaller option.
- App and Loyalty
What do I receive for signing up?
You will receive a Free Freebird Burrito with purchase of 24 oz. drink just for signing up! If you would prefer, you can substitute a Hybird, Bowl, Salad, Quesadilla or Nachos. All extras are included with the exception of extra protein.
I don’t have a smart phone. Can I still participate?
Yes, we have created an online portal at Freebirds.com where you can enter your receipts and earn rewards. Just head over to https://freebirds.com/web_login/ to get started.
Why did Freebirds decide to switch to the app?
We listened to what our guests were saying and they were asking for changes in our loyalty program. Our new Freebirds All Access Rewards program gives guests rewards for every dollar they spend, not just entrées. You will not have to worry about losing your card, as all your information will be stored in the app.
Now you can earn not only delicious food, but also awesome experiences and cool Freebirds merch. We’ve also made it so easy to order online, pay with your phone and send gift cards to friends and family all from your smartphone or tablet!
Will I lose my stamps?
Absolutely not! Even though we have upgraded, we do not want you to miss out, so we will be converting your stamps into points. Just sign up for the app using the same email address as you used for your Fanatics membership and you will get 10 points for every stamp you have. They will automatically appear in the app.
I downloaded the app, but my stamps did not automatically convert to points. What should I do?
Just reach out to us through the contact us page on Freebirds.com or the “Need Help” section of the app and our team will be happy to assist you.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for scanning your Freebirds receipts, which will give you 1 point for every 1 dollar you spend. You can also get 10 points for signing up using Facebook. You can refer friends using the invite code under the Invite Friends section. If your friend enters that code when signing up, you will receive 10 points the first time they scan a receipt!
How long do I have to enter my receipt?
You have 72 hours from the time of purchase to enter your receipts into Freebirds All Access Rewards to earn points.
What if a receipt subtotal is $15.74? Do I get 15 points or 16 points?
16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: subtotals from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but subtotals from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points. Points are not earned on tax.
The scanner will not accept my receipt. What should I do?
First, make sure you are allowing the app to access your camera. If you are still unable to scan, try entering the barcode manually. If you still have no success, please reach out to us through the contact us page on Freebirds.com or use the “Need Help” section on the app so we can get your issue resolved.
How many receipts can I enter at a time?
You can scan one receipt every 4 hours.
How long do I have to redeem my points?
Points expire three years from the date they are earned and can be used towards redeeming rewards any time during those 3 years.
How long do I have to use my redemption code once I have clicked redeem?
Redemption codes generated by using your earned points will expire 2 hours after you click redeem in the app. If you redeem your rewards through the web portal on Freebirds.com, you will have 24 hours to redeem your printed redemption code. If you unintentionally allow a reward to expire, please let us through the “Need Help” section of the app or through the Contact Us page on Freebirds.com.
Can I redeem rewards right after earning points?
Yes! You can redeem rewards at any time, but may only use one reward per visit.

Any reward that Freebirds gave you as a gift can be found under the “News and Offers” tab of the menu.
I clicked ”Redeem Rewards” and was given a redemption code, but I left that screen and can’t find it. Where is it?
Unexpired redemption codes can be found under “Account History” via the “Account Settings” tab on the menu.
I want to redeem a customized experience or a menu item named after me. How does that work?
When you click redeem on either of these items, the team at our restaurant support center will be alerted and will reach out to you to get set up!
How do I redeem my Burrito Party?
When you opt to use your points for a Burrito Party, the app will ask for your address and you will be sent a certificate for the Burrito Party which includes the contact information for our Tribe member who will assist you in setting up your party.
I want to redeem merch. How will that get to me?
When you choose to redeem a merch item, the app will prompt you to enter the address where you would like that item sent. That address will go to our team who will ship the reward. It should arrive to you in 4 to 6 weeks.
- Gift Cards
If I have an existing gift card, can I add it to the app?
Definitely! Under the “Gift Card” tab on the menu click the plus sign in the top right corner, then swipe over the “physical card” section and enter your existing gift card number and registration code.
I am trying to share part of my gift card/transfer the entirety of my gift card to a friend, but it will not go through. How can I fix this?
In order to send a friend a gift card they must have downloaded the app and joined the program, so make sure they are a member first. If you are still having issues, please reach out to our guest relations team through the “Need Help” tab of the app or the contact us page at Freebirds.com.
