Pico de Gallo
Summer in a bowl (or burrito. Or on nachos. Or in tacos. You get the gist), this rough-chopped salsa is made with chunks of fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro and Serrano peppers mixed with a simple coating of salt, pepper and lime juice.
Fire-Roasted Corn Salsa
A medley of fresh veggies comes together with a dash of cayenne, sprinkle of cilantro, squeeze of lime juice and our tender-roasted corn, which we de-husk, flame grill and chop every day.
The lovechild of grilled ancho peppers and a touch of BBQ spiciness, this stuff is great on anything, from salads to burritos.
For a lighter dose of flavor, we offer this mild blend of tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes) with a hint of seasoning and fresh garlic.
