At FREEBIRDS World Burrito, we offer you a unique one-2-one experience. Our team (could be you) helps you select from a truckload of freshly prepared ingredients; including hormone-free, grass-fed beef and free-range chicken, hand-cut peppers and veggies plus homemade salsas and guac. We invite you to pile on the freebies, sauces and anything else you’d like to add (we can handle it).
Steak
Serving grass fed, hormone-free beef cooked right in front of your eyes. It marinates for hours in our secret recipe created by FREEBIRDS founder, Mark Orfalea, in Santa Barbara, California before it hits the hot grille.
Chicken
Choose between white or dark meat all-natural chicken. Fire-grilled throughout the day so it’s tender and moist making the perfect burrito.
Pork Carnitas
We use only all-natural pork shoulder that is slow-roasted in-house for total awesomeness.
Crispy Fish (where available)
We start with white fish that we roll in fresh-ground tortilla strips. Then it’s lightly fried for a crispy, crunchy outside while staying light, moist and flaky inside.
Rice
“More choices” means two kinds of rice at FREEBIRDS. Choose between our white rice made with fresh lime and a hint of cilantro or our traditional Spanish rice. Or go crazy, have a little of both!
Lettuce
Choose between our fresh spring mix or traditional iceberg. It’s all about the crunch, so you choose what you like.
Queso
Made in house with our fresh-made pico de gallo and a hint of cumin blended into creamy perfection with our mixed cheese.
Salsas & Sauces
More. More. More. Spice it up. Spice it down. Our traditional salsa is made with fresh tomatoes and onions and has a smoky cilantro flavor. We blend our mild and hot tomatillo salsas in house. Want something different? Try our signature Bad *ss Barbecue Sauce. Or for the truly bold, FREEBIRDS Death Sauce.
Tortilla Chips
All-natural yellow, blue and red corn lightly fried in TFA free oil and served fresh with a touch of salt.
Sour Cream
100% real sour cream. No substitutes, really. Sorry for the charge, but real costs more.
Guacamole
Made from fresh avocados blended in house with our proprietary pico de gallo and fresh lime.
