  • I've lost my Fanatic card. What do I do?

    Pick up a new one at any Freebirds location. Then, visit our website, go to the Fanatics page and click on the Manage Account tab on the left of the screen. Log in and choose to Attach Another Card. Please note: you can only register a maximum of three cards to one account. If you have more than three cards to add, please contact us with your card numbers and registration codes to avoid temporary account suspension.

  • I can't remember my username and don't have the card number handy. How do I access my account?

    Please contact us with the phone number and email address associated with your account. We’ll use this information to look up your account and reset your login credentials.

  • I reset my password but don't see a password reset email. What do I do?

    Check your spam folder and any old email accounts that could have been used to register your Freebirds Fanatic card. If you still don’t see the email, please contact us so we can update your email information and reset your password manually.

  • Can I combine multiple Fanatic cards?

    Yes, you can. Visit our website, go to the Fanatics page and click on the Manage Account tab on the left of the screen. Log in and choose to Attach Another Card.

  • Why is my account suspended?

    As a security measure, our system will temporarily suspend an account if more than three cards are added. In this case, please contact us so we can return your account to active status.

  • I forgot to use my card on my last visit. Can I add stamps online using my receipt?

    Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to add stamps online. However, you can bring your receipt to one of our restaurants where one of our Tribe Members can manually add the stamps for you.

  • I signed up for a Fanatic account online. How do I get a physical Fanatic card?

    If you registered online, your account is purely digital and accessible by the phone number associated with your account. If you would like a physical card, please request one at any Freebirds location. Then, visit our website, go to the Fanatics page and click on the Manage Account tab on the left of the screen. Log in and choose to Attach Another Card.

  • Why did some of my stamps expire?

    Points accrued from purchases do not expire. However, free stamps given away during special promotions and campaigns have expiration dates, of which you’ll be notified via email. If you don’t see this email, be sure to add us to your contacts – our communications may have ended up in your spam folder. 

  • Does Freebirds offer birthday promotions?

    Kind of – we don’t think our Fanatics should have to wait all year to celebrate their big day, so we offer half-birthday promotions instead.

    Ten points will be added to your account the 1st of your half-birthday month; they will expire at the end of that month.

  • Can I redeem Fanatic stamps for t-shirts and other merch?

    As of now, we don’t offer the opportunity to redeem Fanatic points for merch. Stamps can only be used to redeem menu items.
