FREEBIRDS FANATIC REWARDS PROGRAM
Promotion is for new Fanatic registrations only. Fanatic accounts may not be combined with any other account. Make sure you inform the cashier that you have rewards on your account that you’d like to redeem when paying for your meal. Rewards may only be redeemed if guest is able to present Fanatic Rewards Card, Fanatic account number, phone number or e-mail address to cashier for account lookup.
Bonus rewards can only be accrued within 43 days from date of registration. Why 43? Because we’re weird like that and we want you to come often. Bonus incentives will stop being accrued following your 3rd visit following registration, or 43 days, whichever comes first. Subsequent visits must be at least one day apart. Cardless use must involve either a phone number, email address or account number provided in your profile, so make sure your profile is complete and up to date. Only one registered Fanatic account per person. You may not create or combine multiple Fanatic accounts. Tavistock Freebirds LLC reserves the right to terminate any duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
Level 1
Free fountain drink is available only with purchase of burrito, burrito bowl, nachos, 2 tacos or more, quesadilla or Freedom Salad. If Make it a Meal upgrade has been added, the retail value of the fountain drink will be discounted from your total balance due. Promotion is for valid for new Fanatic registrations only.
Level 2
Free Make it a Meal upgrade includes free chips and fountain drink plus choice of queso, guacamole or salsa. Brownie or cookie may be substituted for chips and queso, guacamole or salsa. Available only with purchase of burrito, burrito bowl, nachos, 2 tacos or more, quesadilla or Freedom Salad. Promotion is valid only for new Fanatics who have visited any Freebirds location at least once within 43 days of date of registration.
Level 3
Bonus burrito is Hybird or Freebird size and may be substituted for other equal or lesser value entrée. Promotion is valid only for new Fanatics who have visited any Freebirds location at least twice within 43 days of date of registration.
Refer a Friend
Bonus stamps will be accrued only when your recommended friend registers for the program. For each successful referral, 2 stamps will be added to your Fanatic account. A maximum of 5 friends may be recommended by you, so a maximum of 10 bonus stamps may be accrued if all of the friends you refer sign up to become registered Fanatics. Friends who sign up must be new Fanatics and the accounts they create may not be combined with any other accounts.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Employees and immediate families of Freebirds World Burrito and Tavistock Restaurants and any of its subsidiaries are not permitted to participate. Federal and state tax liabilities remain the responsibility of participants. The Fanatic Rewards Card remains the property of Tavistock Freebirds LLC and may be revoked by the company at any time. Tavistock Freebirds LLC reserves the right to terminate or change the program rules without advance notice. Reward Stamps and Items are not redeemable for cash. By accepting this card you agree to all program rules and regulations set forth herein.
